Still not transferred to Yahoo from Cox email...

Here it is, June 26 2024, and I still haven't been notified my email has transferred to Yahoo.

I'm growing concerned since they started sending me notices several months ago and I'm reading where other Cox email customers have already transferred.

Is there something I can do to complete my Cox email transfer soon?
