I want to know when you will taking care of all the spam. Just about every email I get anymore with my tzimmerman11@cox.net account is spam. I pay a lot of
money for the internet through you, so I expect the service I pay for. Now I want the spam taken care of immediately or I will start looking for a different
internet provider. Do not tell me to go to my settings and adjust this and that. I already checked it all and it is done right, but I am still receiving them. It is your
job a provider to take care of these issues, so it needs to be dealt with from your end.
