spam

I want to know when you will taking care of all the spam. Just about every email I get anymore with my tzimmerman11@cox.net account is spam. I pay a lot of 

money for the internet through you, so I expect the service I pay for. Now I want the spam taken care of immediately or I will start looking for a different 

internet provider. Do not tell me to go to my settings and adjust this and that. I already checked it all and it is done right, but I am still receiving them. It is your

job a provider to take care of these issues, so it needs to be dealt with from your end. 

  • pls see thread on "a place to post spam" for the latest on this issue that has annoyed us all for almost 2 years now.  things may be looking up!

    As of October 16, 2018, Cox enhanced our Cox Email security and spam filtering to help protect our customers from malicious activity and reduce unwanted spam.

      pls click your own link....and see yet another reason your customers get so frustrated.  cox links frequently do not work!  i've tried this one several times since you posted it.  more than "a few minutes."
