Buckeye, Arizona (Phoenix Area) user here and have experienced this issue for over a year. Going back 3-4 years the issue was related to cogent routes/hops dropping packets during the holidays especially. Now this... Rocket League is nearly unplayable which is quite sad that I can't play my favorite game. I would have left Cox 5-6 years ago (7 year customer) if I had anyone else to go to. The only options I have in my area are satellite or a DSL connection from Century Link. I'm hoping ANY other provider moves in soon. I pay for the 300 down package and unlimited data. $150 + a month for the worst internet service I've had in 15 years.

I wasn't able to find any information, but it looks like they have a comprehensive support page with a variety of troubleshooting options based on the platform you are using and an option to submit a ticket for further support. support.rocketleague.com/.../115005084594-CONNECTIVITY-ISSUES -Colleen
