This will not be solved by an FTS house call, although, I would explore having them out to ensure there are no other issues. This is a larger problem than your local equipment or local node. Sorry, but I'm having same issues and have had FTS and Operations out to inlcude "fixes" at the node level, none of which helped my situation. See here www.youtube.com/watch
