I forgot what forum it was from but there's a theory that Cox isn't doing much or anything at all to cash out on all the people calling in and having techs "resolve" the issues and that person also mentioned that it could be a part of the effects of the net neutrality repeal.

I feel like my bank account is being robbed every time I turn on my PS4 and see 50% packet loss, someone call the police. Shady shady shady.
