Cox is the biggest con artists. They stated I have “unlimited data” “fast internet” but to surprised by their in store associates that if I go over certain amount of data  I’ll be charged additional fees! How is even make sense?! So I asked again do I have unlimited data or not? Yet again the store associate said “ you do but if you go over your gigs of data you will be charged additional fees”. 

As far as the “high speed” internet it is a complete garbage! 

lastly people make sure you make them note stuff on your account they will screw you over. I asked about an increase on my bill and they told me to look at my paper bill which I said I have not received a paper bill in months which I request months ago to be noted on my account to recieve paper bills and they go on and say “ no we do not see that request” which is typical of rep to say if there are usually irritated with a call or just too **bleep** lazy to place a note.
