Would love for someone to help me understand what would take more than 12 hours to fix. Our internet has been out for 12+ hours. Then they wonder why people are leaving. All the people they employ, all the Cox trucks all over the place - and they can't get our internet back on ? Wtf

    Have you checked online for outages? If someone hit a pole, it can take a long time to fix it. What state are you in?
