Service switches?

So where I work, we switched plans a few months ago. When we switched over they told us we had a WiFi and a 5G network for cellular devices. I use a laptop, and for the past week it automatically switches me to the 5g Network. Unfortunatley, our printers are on the regular wifi network. It also tells me I cannot connect to the regular network even though it is showing as available. This is a business account btw
