Slow Internet. This can't be real?
I just used mapping app. It shows geographic map of traffic.

I tried mapping from SoCal (Vista, CA --> Autodesk.com). The response shows the path passing across the country (SoCal --> East Coast) 3 times.
???
Similar results for SoCal --> Cisco com.

Those trace sites use geolocation data for IP which can be inaccurate many times. Can you describe the problem you are having in more detail? You mention slow internet. What download/upload speed are you getting and what do you pay for? Are you testing on wired? How are you measuring speed? Last, how does cisco.com relate to the issue?
