Our forums are made for members to discuss technical/service issues, not billing-specific concerns. Just to let you know, we do not currently offer any new applicants for a senior discount, only ones that have already been Grandfathered in before September 2024. You may possibly be referring to the ConnectAssist program that is $30.00 per month for those that would qualify.
