SB8200 Now asking for user name and password.

Question about SB8200 firmware update. I was regularly monitoring my power levels at 192.168.100.1. Looks like an update has happened and now being asked for a username and password (i really appreciate the upgrade fro https too). According to the info I've found on the internet, this password gets set the first time a person logs into the device after a factory reset. The factory credentials admin/password don't work.

Am I not supposed to look at this anymore? Or can I just factory reset it and go from there? I just don't want to break anything. What's Cox's recommendations if I want to monitor my modem?

Thank you
