Router Sign-in

So I went to sign in to my router to make some firewall adjustments and it doesn't like any of the usernames I've tried.  How do I recover my username?

This may need to be escalated to a higher tier of support.

There nothing to escalate.  Everything you need is on its sticker.  If you changed and forgot the default credentials, reset the router to its factory settings.
