Hi DanAz, I would recommend downloading our Cox WiFi app for the Panoramic WiFi, http://bit.ly/2KArX29. After you download it, tap on:
Network > Advanced Settings > Port Forwarding
By opening up designated ports on your home network, these external applications can access a specific device in your home. Port forwarding is commonly used for online gaming. Additionally, I would suggest hard-wiring a PC or laptop to the Panoramic WiFi, for optimum results. If you choose to stay on a wireless connection, it may be best to have one network name and password. This is because the Panoramic WiFi utilizes band steering technology, http://bit.ly/2KFOqKV. Lastly, please ensure your channels are set to automatic. In doing so, this helps to ease network congestion, thereby providing a better customer experience.
This can be accomplished by tapping on:
