I think some people see posting here akin to googling something. They don't really know what a forum is. They vent then they don't post helpful follow up. We are users just like you. Please don't vent on us.
It's been my experience over the years that people whom are severely right-brain dominate simply don't have the patience required to apply any logic for purposes of problem solving. For those individuals, it's simply all about feelings and can't comprehend being given basic directions to help determine what is actually wrong.
