reporting Hotspot issues
I am reporting on behalf of a customer because I'm not sure who to message, but there seems to be an issue with the wifi hotspot at 2620 17th rd in Ocala, CA. The customer has always used this hotspot to connect but lately his smart phone is no longer "automatically connecting" to the wifi. he will also get disconnected from the hotspot after about an hour and have to reconnect manually. this never happened before and smart phone config has been set to auto connect, save user, save password, customer has not changed user or password. would like to know if there is anyone who can take a look. thanks.
Ps. is there any particular support line that handles these investigations?
