Refund

For the month of October our internet access has been very unreliable.  Since last Sunday it was barely working.  Yesterday Someone came to fix it as they thought the problem was coming from inside.  It was not.  It was an outside wire that was fixed and hopefully resolved.  My question is can I get at least a partial refund for October?  I pay my $79.99 every month early.  I would really appreciate some type of credit for a loyal customer.  Thank you.
