Nope, I switched to Centurylink DSL, paid already. The speed may be slower but it's much more stable. I had used Centurylink in the past for 6 years and I don't even remember if I had downtime or outage, especially no packet loss or high ping. Train your support better so they don't read through the scripts and try to upsell each and every of their customer, "Cox Complete Care" is **, Cox will keep losing customers if they keep doing this. You should help OP instead of me. Thank you and have a nice day!

Ha that got me laughing. Using my tmobile 4G hotspot and having no issues. It was funny each time they tried to scare me into a fee by sending someone out they pitched the cox care... Im an 8 year customer. Cox care is a complete scam/scare. That would of been $120/year times 8, completely wasted and I would still be in the same boat..
They dont care about the service they are providing at all.

I'm using T-Mobile hotspot too. You have any other ISPs in your area?

Only 1.5mbps ATT DSL ha (it might be better) but this 4G is rock solid. What are the chances they come out tomorrow, find and actually replace whatever is causing the issue? It sounds like to me this guy is coming out for 2 reasons.
1. To verify the packetloss (even though they have verified it already).
2. To try and charge the end user the $75 service fee and and other rewiring/fees they can.
They came out in 2019 (I doubt they have referenced anything from that date or request). They verified all my lines inside the building up to my modem were up to date and good. He stated the lines to the buildings box and the junction box it self were not.
