New Webmail user interface is TERRIBLE!
It won't routinely refresh and it is as slow as molasses in February in Alaska!
Been a Cox customer for over 25 years and this STINKS!

the circle arrows on the top over to the right, just to the right of the bell icon.
The Refresh icon (circle arrows) is still on the page; however, if user is in some type of mode...I don't know, desktop?...it may not display. I'm not sure. Ain't too hard to find.
However, again, when I click the icon with Edge, it won't rotate to indicate it's checking for new email. I haven't tried with Chrome because I'm too lazy to save my password in Chrome. Double-tapping the Inbox folder works.
