I sent an email last Friday for the same issue going on for the third week and still no reply. Cox website always says there is intermittent connectivity issues and they are working on it. Every night at 9:01PM I get a text saying they are working overnight to get it fixed. Next day same old, same old. Getting tired of paying for such crappy service. Must really be bad if it takes 3 plus weeks to fix.

rubyann3, I am sorry you're having issues with your service. I was not able to find an email from you. Did you send it to Cox.Help@Cox.Com? If not, please send one there now with your full name, address and link to this forum for assistance.
