No errors in your modem logs at all after the modem has been running for at least 24 hours? Are you checking this yourself or are you going by what Cox says when they check it?

(was going by what cox said) they claimed I had z e r o rx/tx errors when speaking with them earlier.

That's not what you need to check. You need to check modem logs. It's different on every modem. If you don't know how to do that post your modem model and hopefully someone can give you step by step.
