I didn't really get a chance to tell him about the logs because I was at work. I was just able to tell him the general issue and how long has been going on. I assumed that he was going to check all that you know, since they he is the expert. For the other question, If I can remember right, I cant access the modem web page when connection goes down. And when I reboot and reconnect to the internet I didn't see any entry in the log that could say when or how the internet went out. It just shows the time when I reboot the modem and when it reconnects to the internet.
If it goes down again, considering that I have replaced the modem and connected a new RJ45 then Im going to try to move my modem location and use a different ethernet cable. if this still doesn't work then I down know anymore. I wish we have other ISPs in my area but, Cox is the only one we got :(
