Here you go: Signal Levels
Some of the SNR levels look pretty bad. I contacted property management and requested access to the utility room(s) for the next tech visit.
That's probably at least part of the problem. I still think DNS still plays some kind of role though. Connectivity may be the path of least resistance though. How does property management deal with wires on the property. Do you see them working a lot and replacing them. Do they call someone else like a contractor. Do they call someone else like a contractor or do they have a deal with Cox? Who put the wiring in the first place? I guess these are all questions you're going to ask anyway, but I'm just asking them in case you haven't.
