Cox Connect not syncing with Panoramic Modem

After a successful installation of the new modem, I noticed it does not link with the Cox app or in the "my wifi" section of the Cox site. Devices are working, phone, TV, computer are all goo .  I ...

    Yes...everything is working and showing in the panoramic app.  I will tell you that your phone tech who activated the modem because the account wasn't set up correctly did not mention a different app.  The chat support lady didn't either...she had me uninstall and reinstall the Connect app.  

    If only there could be one integrated app....
