You sure. Haven't they always at least been somewhat bad. The main difference now is they sold most of their systems and outsource them and now the whole company is being bought by different ISP. So yeah they're bad now but you always kind of were. I think it all went downhill around DOCSIS 3.1 and the new panoramic gateways, but I think the main change is when they picked up the X1 platform.
