Profile Highlights in app

The Profile Highlights section of Panoramic WiFi app is not completing fir the past week. I have even deleted and reinstalled it to see if that helped-it didn’t. I’ve even checked with Support but they couldn’t identify issues. Is anyone else experiencing this?

    What type of device do you have the app downloaded on and can you access it on, after entering your Cox primary user ID and password
