Bump
Why bump? What did the tech say?

The tech wasn't aware of what t3 was. Said be will relay the message to the senior tech. But I never know what happens

The tech didn't know what a T3 timeout is? IMHO that tech is not qualified to work on a DOCSIS network. Wish I could offer something more useful than that.

Check out: https://arris.secure.force.com/consumers/articles/General_FAQs/SB6183-Cable-Signal-Levels. If you have an Arris modem you should be able to see the results for each upstream and downstream channel. The tech should be able to tell you what they are also, and if they are too high or too low. If they are right on the high or low specs then you could be having issues. Also temperature can affect the overhad cable, so those values may change.

Yea. They are all within range. Except that my upstream levels are around 40. Which as far as I've read, is really good
