ports 500 and 4500 UDP need to be open, how is this done?

These ports aren't blocked either on our end or via any of our gateway devices. If portforwarding is required for a specific application that can be managed via the gateway's web interface however this would be beyond the scope of support on our end. There may be helpful members of the peer community here that are able to assist further.
