Port Forwarding Restricted to a single device!?

Trying to do Port Forwarding for an app I need to run across multiple PC's. But I can't only do it for one device in particular, making the port forwarding completely useless. 

Do I need to get a non-cox device to get around this?

    I guess another question would be, can I use my old router, bridge it to this one, and then do the port forwarding there?

      Actually, Cox didn't drop the ball, YOU did. 

      Your problem is going to be the same no matter what router you use, it will ONLY port forward to a single device.
