We are aware of impacts to customers who use 3rd party software to check their Cox email and are working to restore it as quickly as possible. You may still see intermittent issues while we're working to resolve the problem. In the meantime, you can still access, manage and use your email at https://myemail.cox.net/

Thanks for the update! I haven't seen confirmation yet that work has been completed, so it's possible you may still see some interruptions.
