Please explain Cox Internet outage in Mesa, AZ, from 6/4/2022 to 6/6/2022.

Cox Internet was down for most of the last 3 days. Support was useless as they kept giving confecting reports. As a user that depends on Cox Internet for life and safety purposes, I am demanding an explanation as to what happened and how it was resolved. Full transparency is required. Get with it, Cox
