First try posting your signal levels from 192.168.0.1 > user;admin password;password > Connection > Cox Network. Might need to scroll around to show all the levels in screenshots.
Second, if the issue is with their gateways, have you considered getting your own modem and router? Not only might that fix the issue, but even if it doesn't, will show you event logs that will tell you more about the nature of the dropped connections. If you want suggestions on what modem/router to buy, what speed do you pay for, is Wifi 6 good enough, and what is your budget? Will save you money over time too.
