password on the bottom of my new modem doesn't work

the password on the bottom of my new modem doesn't work. 

Tried logon on with my phone, says bad password.

    What modem do you have? Normally the initial login is admin and password

    Default credentials are burnt in so factory reset the new modem.

  • I'll try to login at admin and password.  what is the logon IP for their modems?

      Oh, you want to log into the "modem"?  You haven't identified which modem.  Are you renting the Panoramic modem/router?

      To log into the Panoramic, read Becky's post on the following link. I've read problems with the app, so it's your choice to download and use.
