Part time service, full time price.
I've had repeated outages the last 3 weeks - at least 7 from the notifications - including going on 3 hours tonight. And when you talk to customer service you get NS about them doing "upgrades" and they'll escalate it to get it back up. Was promised a credit for not being able to use the useless Internet and that never happened. They'll say anything to get you off the line and do nothing to provide any kind of service.
