paramount plus on Samsung

I subscribed through prime and can get on one tv but not the samsung in living room.  I unplugged and reset everything but error message comes up every time.

    You subscribed to Paramount+ by way of Amazon Prime?  Would this have anything to do with Cox?

    Are you trying to activate the Paramount+ app on the Samsung TV or Contour?

    Wherever the Paramount+ app, are you trying to activate with your Cox or Amazon credentials?

    Where is the Paramount+ app on the non-Samsung TV...on the TV or Contour?

    What credentials did you use to activate the Paramount+ app on the non-Samsung TV?

    What device is reporting the error message...the Samsung TV or Contour?
