Panoramic WiFi router not working

Our internet randomly went out yesterday.  None of our devices can connect or even find our WiFi. Panoramic router alternates blinking green for a few seconds, then orange for a few seconds, over and over again.

We did all of the resetting, unplugging, etc. and did troubleshooting over the phone with cox support. Nothing worked and they can’t send a tech out for a few days. What could be the issue that this would happen out of nowhere? If I could troubleshoot this myself without having to have someone come into my house, that would be awesome.

What's the make and model?  Flashing colors could mean different conditions for different modems.

the pano device needs to run thru all the flashing sequences before getting to the steady white light.

Agreed.  Apparently this logical sequence takes over 1 day.

it's simple, if base signal isn't worthy, process doesn't complete!!

when initially setting up the pano unit, included info says can take up to an hour.

you then get a page to change login/pw if wanted, setup wifi!

if you had one of these units you'd know this!!
