Panoramic WiFi cutting out

I just upgraded to the panoramic WiFi tonight and for some reason about every 20 minutes the WiFi cuts out for a minute or two and then comes back on. I upgraded the speeds because I will be working from home soon but I can’t have the WiFi cutting out that much. How do I fix this. The router came from Cox no more that a few hours ago.

    Had the same problem. They sent me a new modem and it kept happening with internet lagging. They wanted to send a service tech out because possibly something was wrong with wiring. I highly doubted that and went out and bought a new modem and router. Works perfectly and I am getting the internet speed I pay for now.
