Hi,
based on the original Ping plotter, we see some packet loss on the 2nd hop. this indicates there may be an issue either at or close to your home. If you have a coax connection to a standard modem, please check the coax connections to make sure they are tight and secure. If you have an ONT with a fiber optic connection, there is not really anything that I can recommend you check. I would like to take a look at the signals with our testing tools.
