Looks like 2nd hop, which is between the gateway and Cox. I would suggest having a technician out to investigate the line. If nothing else they should be able to ping your modem and see the packet loss.
I have a tech scheduled for this afternoon, last night the net never came back up for me. Got a few IT guys trying to communicate with my equipment to no avail, I'll post an update when they show up tonight.

Guess I got lucky with a bad modem when my first one bit the dust. Tech had to fix some bad wiring in the box, but the original setup to my new modem had the wrong MAC address on my account as well. Quite a perfect storm of inconvenience on this one. I may never know what caused my original problems but this tech was very upset with how the last tech had my cable box wired up. I'm gonna run some tests daily to see if it stays true this time. Thanks for your help everyone.
