outlook will not send to cox servers

has anyone at cox yet discovered this thread ..   which has been closed of course. cox will not admit that their smtp servers block outgoing email from outlook 2010 and 2019. their spam filter...

yes. it is only Outlook (office 365) that will not send / receive.

    I'd suggest trying to remove and re-add the account to see if that helps.

      Funny. We have been using Outlook as our mail program for years and always worked with Cox until about 4 days ago.

      What are supported email clients?? Because, to be frank, your cox webmail **.

        Same problem you have and started on same day (17 Aug) in NC. Cannot send via Outlook, but can receive.
