Outages

So beginning of this year frontier has been doing "work" in the area. Ever since then the outages have been quite frequent. The other day frontier was knocking on my door trying to get me to switch. First thing girl said is you may have been noticing we are doing work in the area and we understand that people have been saying cox speeds are slower and lots of interruptions. Honestly curious if frontier is sabotage cox to get the customers.
