Outages

What is going on with all these outages? In the last 30 days, we've had 2 multiple hour outages that have made it impossible for me to work. And now another one today?? We were out of service for 2 days last summer for an "upgrade" that was supposed to prevent the service interruptions, looks like that didn't work. I pay an obscene monthly bill to have such unreliable service. My supervisor is starting to question that there could seriously be such a terrible internet provider.

Inevitable questions:

Workplace security prevents me logging in on a hotspot. I work remotely for a California company, can't just run to the office.
