Outages weekly
I’ve been with COX four years and seven months the outages are weekly and sometimes two times a week for hours. There is NO decrease in my bill but the rates are steadily increasing. If this continues within the next few months I’ll have to look at another company for this service it’s mind boggling how this company’s service goes off and customers are left still having to pay full price. Give me the service I’m paying for which is not cheap by no means.
