Outages in North Phoenix

The past few weeks have been particularly bad for unscheduled internet outages in my neighborhood, Parque Vista.  Everyone on the Nextdoor.com neighborhood web site has been complaining about it.  I've probably had mine drop out at least a dozen times.

    Same issue here in Mesa today, 3 outages, zip code 85203.
