All i want to know is will there be a discount on my come bill for this outage. Been out for about 3 hours now?

You need to contact Cox for a credit. Not sure it's going to be a steep credit, let's say you pay 240$ a month, that's 8$ a day. So if you got a 24 hr credit for your several hours down, that's a whopping 8$. I pay 70 some odd $ a month, so MY credit if I was down for a day would be less than 3$.
