I was informed it is already being worked on in my neighborhood. But it has been out now for 34 hours. This is ridiculous. Unfortunately Cox has a monopoly in my area for high speed Internet access.

Here in N Phoenix the outage has now continued for 3 1/2 days. The best information I got from customer service was that it was for unplanned maintenance. Very poor transparency and customer service. I can only hope another internet provider brings fiber into this area some day.
