Out of Service 8 Days

Well been out of service for 8 days and no updates, responses or activity.   Have not seen a CIX truck anywhere in area all this time.  This has to be the worst customer service company I. The US.   Talked to someone via text and ultimately nothing was done but they had the audacity to try to sell me a new deal at end of conversation.  Tell them they should sell their company to someone who cares.  Over twenty year customer. Bye bye
