Only getting 30mbps download on Gigablast

We switched to Gigablast recently and consistently only get 30mbps download speed. After resetting the modem speeds are up above 900mbps but within 10 minutes are back down to 30. This happens on dev...

Thanks to all who replied. A tech came out today and found a defunct splitter in the attic. After taking it out, speeds are looking great!
