Ongoing multiple outages East Mesa AZ

our neighborhood is constantly experiencing Cox internet outages. It’s getting to be ridiculous that we cannot rely on stable internet service. What seems to be the issue with ongoing problems being resolved for the long term? We are getting close to having Google fiber and I’m wondering if a switch is inevitable.
