Notifications bell
Still an issue. Cannot dismiss the number despite having read the "important" notifications. Annoying- and the inattention to what strikes me as likely being a simple fix- equally so.

In your Cox account? These aren't designed to be dismissed. These are permanent. These are designed to keep you clicking. Even if you did purchase whatever Cox is selling, the bells will stay there.
