Hello Colleen, the Modem has LED indicators showing the current status. There is a LED that signifies either DOCSIS 3.0 or 3.1. When the LED is green, the current connection is 3.0, and when the LED is Blue, the current connection is 3.1.

Although my user ID and "credentials" are not able to be found, I am associated with a user who has no idea what I want to achieve haha. I can provide those details for you if need be.
Per the instructions of the SB8200 user guide, typing in 192.168.100.1 does not take me to any status screen. I believe this was due to activating the modem with Cox.
Basically, my equipment is not being used to it's fullest potential, when it absolutely should be.

Thanks for clarifying. I'm not sure why you are unable to access the web manager. I'm not aware that we are blocking this access, but to be honest, our support for retail equipment is limited.
